I got really behind posting pictures this summer and fall, so here is a mass update of what we've been up to. And I promise that I'll keep on top of it better through the holidays :)
Sophie picked out a gummy nose from the candy basket after Halloween and Jed and Abby decided that they wanted their candy to be a nose too...
Trick-or-Treating around our neighborhood with Landon and Ava. Jed as a dinosaur and would growl to scare people. It was pretty fun to watch him try to run with the dragon tail in the back bouncing along.

Jed wanted to take a couple pictures with my camera while at the pumpkin patch. This is one of the pictures, not too bad eh!
At Fire Prevention Week. We got to tour the Fire Station and the Fire Chief even went down the pole for Jed, he thought that was pretty awesome.
Jed's hair turned really blonde by the end of the summer.
Alexander's 2nd birthday. We went to the zoo and park.

Abby and Jed after we took them to a movie at Edwards. They had so much fun and now whenever we drive past Edwards Jed recognizes it and wants to go to a movie.

John decided to implement a new tradition. He wants to get Jed a gun for every birthday. Jed certainly likes his toy shotgun and will lay prone on the ground and aim at birds just the way daddy taught him.
Jed goofing off while camping this summer. I couldn't keep him dry or clean for longer than a couple minutes cause he was always jumping in every muddle and rolling in every dirt mound.

Feeding the geese at the greenbelt. They were aggressive little birds and Jed couldn't decide whether to chase them or run away from them.

The Palace of Versailles was one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. These pictures just don't do it justice, although I really tried! The gardens stretched on for miles with walking paths, water, fountains, trees, flowers, sculptures...absolutely amazing.
This sculptures seems like the epitomy of relaxation.
The Arc de Triumph...way too big to get a photo of in one shot. 
Our hotel was within walking distance of the Louvre gardens, so quite often we would walk there to relax between activities. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower where we sat.
Montmarte is an artist district in Paris. It is up on a hill and has a beautiful view of the city of Paris. This picture above is the Basilica resting on the hill in Montmartre.
Notre-Dame as the sun was setting on our river boat cruise. We were able to enjoy good food, live music, and see the sights of Paris along the river while the sun was setting. Then after the sun set it was even more amazing because Paris lives up to its name as the City of Lights. Everything was lit up, from the Eiffel Tower to all the buildings and bridges. It was a night John and I won't forget.
